如果選擇一次請領老年給付，60歲以前的年資最多計算30年（前面15年的部分1年給付1個月，超過15年的部分1年給付2個月，核付上限為45個月），60歲以後的年資最多計算5年，但合併60歲以前的給付月數，最多核付50個月。

如果選擇按月領取老年年金，則保險年資沒有上限規定，可計算到退保當日止。

If you choose to claim the one-time old-age benefit, the maximum number of insurance coverage years that counts is 30 years. For the first 15 years, one month’s pay will be disbursed for each year, for the rest of the years, two months’ pay will be disbursed for each year. The ceiling on such a disbursement is 45 months’ pay. Of those years covered by the insurance after you are 60 years of age, only 5 years counts at the most. But, if combined with the number of months of pay due to you for the years insured before age 60, fifty (50) months’ pay may be disbursed at the most. However, if you choose to claim the pension payments, there is no ceiling on the years of your insurance coverage to be counted. The entire duration of insurance coverage counts up to the very day when you terminate the insurance.
