協助勞工在療養期間也能確保生活

依勞工職業災害保險及保護法第42條規定

若被保險人遭遇職業傷病不能工作，

以致於未能取得原有薪資，且正在治療中者，

自 #不能工作之日起算第4日起，得請領傷病給付。

另為加強保障遭遇職業傷病事故勞工之經濟生活安全，

前2個月按被保險人平均月投保薪資100%發給，

第3個月起按平均月投保薪資70%發給，

每半個月給付1次，最長給付2年。

If you suffer occupational injury or disease, cannot perform for, cannot receive original salary. Do you have to worry about the financial situation while getting treatment?

Don't worry! # The Injury or sickness benefit of Labor Occupational Accident Insurance. Assisting workers to secure their livelihoods during recuperation.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 42 of The “Labor Occupational Accident Insurance and Protection Act”

If the insured person suffers occupational injury or disease, cannot perform for, cannot receive original salary as a result and is under treatment, he/she may claim Injury or sickness benefit starting from the 4th day of inability to perform work.

To ensure these workers’ basic living standards in the event of an occupational accident at work. The injury or sickness benefit under the previous paragraph shall be issued based on the average monthly insured salary of the insured person in the previous 2 months. Starting from the 3rd month, 70% of the average monthly insured salary of the insured person shall be paid. Payment shall be made every half a year. The maximum payment period is 2 years.

凡年滿十六歲以上，於桃園市蘆竹區、龜山區、桃園區、大園區、平鎮區、大溪區、觀音區、新屋區、楊梅區、復興區、龍潭區、八德區從事企劃、規劃、設計、SOHO族相關之行業，不限居住地，無一定雇主或自營作業者，均可加入桃園市企劃從業人員職業工會為會員。

從事行銷、網路行銷、產品行銷、業務行銷、美工、廣告、形象包裝、活動、場地、展場、教材編輯、雜誌編輯、軟體系統、研發、攝影、節目製作、婚禮企劃、婚禮顧問、文創、演唱會、藝術文化活動、創意產品、旅遊行程、展店、展場、促銷、開發、等企劃、規劃相關行業….等。
