✸ 勞保老年年金法定請領年齡 𝟭𝟭𝟯 年起為 𝟲𝟰 歲

勞工保險條例於98年年金制度開辦時，已明定老年年金法定請領年齡採逐步提高機制。

➥112年法定請領年齡為63歲，113年提高為64歲，並將逐步提高至115年為65歲。

▋ #展延老年年金給付

➊符合老年年金給付法定請領年齡延後請領，每延後1年，給付金額增給4％，最多增給20％。

➋49年次（含）以前出生，符合老年年金請領條件尚未請領者，得在113年請領展延老年年金給付。

▋ #減給老年年金給付

➊未達法定請領年齡提前請領，每提前1年請領，年金給付金額將減給4%，最多可提前5年請領。

➋ 50至 53年次出生者，在113年得提前請領減給老年年金給付，又經減給計算之金額將依規定核付至終身，提醒勞工瞭解自身的權益。

➽特別提醒

❖申請給付前一定要仔細試算，思考清楚後再領，勞保老年給付一經勞保局核付後，即不得再變更！

❖請領老年年金仍須符合加保年資及離職退保的條件喔！

According to Article 58 of the Labor Insurance Act, the qualification age for claiming old-age benefits was increased to 64 years-old as of 2024, and will further increase until the requisite age reaches 65 years-old in 2026.

An insured person born before 1960 may make a claim to postpone old-age pension benefits. For every one year of postponement, an additional 4% of the old-age pension benefits shall be added; the upper limit for such additional postponement claims for old-age pension benefits shall be 20%.

For those who born in 1961 to 1964, they may claim old-age pension benefits in advance of the qualification age. The upper limit for the advancement of benefits is 5 years. For every one year of advancement, 4% of one’s old-age pension benefits shall be deducted; the upper limit for such deductions shall be 20% for 5 years of advancements.
